A label such as accessible does not explain every feature. Request current photos or measurements of the room category you intend to book. Confirm that the room is reserved for your dates.

Check the whole route through a day trip. Hotel paths, boarding points, steps, surfaces and toilets can affect access. Ask about each stop and any transfer between a car and a boat. If part of the route is unsuitable, discuss an alternative before payment. Keep the details in writing so the travel team can follow the same plan.
