Contact Go Caribe Tours with the details of your trip
Contact Go Caribe Tours for a transfer request, a tour enquiry, a group programme or help with an existing reservation. The form is most useful when the message identifies the service and the practical question you need answered. Include a reachable email address and check it for typing errors before sending. If you are arranging travel for another person, explain who should receive the response and who will be the passenger contact.
Requesting an airport or hotel transfer
Provide the complete collection and destination names, the travel date, passenger count and luggage. For airport arrivals, include the airport code and the flight that lands there. For hotel departures, distinguish the desired vehicle pickup from the flight departure time. If you need a round trip, describe both movements separately, including any change of hotel between arrival and departure.
Examples of useful location details are a full resort name, a villa number with host instructions or the cruise terminal named in a ship itinerary. A broad place such as Punta Cana or Puerto Plata is not enough to identify every hotel entrance. If a map search gives similar property names, copy the name from the accommodation confirmation and explain the ambiguity in your message.
Asking about a tour or private experience
Name the activity you are interested in, your hotel, preferred date and the number of participants. Include children’s ages when the operator needs them to explain participation rules. State whether you want a shared option or a particular private arrangement, such as an exclusive vehicle or vessel. Those are different requests and should not be combined under an unclear private-tour label.
Tell the team which elements matter most: time at the attraction, limited walking, a family pace, a particular guide language or a boat arrangement. Ask about current inclusions, meeting points and the return plan. Do not assume that a photograph establishes admission, equipment or food that is not listed in the confirmed service.
Planning groups, weddings or business movements
For a programme involving several services, send the dates, approximate group size, hotels and venue list. Identify the organiser responsible for the schedule and distinguish confirmed events from provisional ideas. A passenger manifest can be supplied through the process agreed with the team; the initial enquiry should explain the programme without exposing unnecessary personal information about every guest.
List the movements you want help coordinating, such as airport arrival waves, a ceremony transfer, a dinner shuttle or individual departures. If different guests participate in different events, explain that rather than using the same total for every movement. The clearer the service list, the easier it is to review an appropriate programme and quotation.
Questions about an existing reservation
Include the booking reference and identify the journey affected by your question. State the current confirmed detail and the requested replacement, for example a new hotel name or revised flight. Ask for an updated confirmation so the final itinerary remains clear. A message requesting a change should not be treated as proof that the change has already been accepted.
If travel is imminent, use the service contact instructions on your reservation as well as any appropriate enquiry channel. This page does not promise a particular response time or replace an emergency service. Keep the latest confirmation available so the passenger and the team can refer to the same route, date and meeting plan.
What happens after submitting an enquiry?
A submitted request begins a conversation; it is not a confirmed reservation or proof of payment. Review the response for the service offered, price, inclusions, required payment and confirmation process. If an answer is unclear, ask the specific follow-up before proceeding. Keep correspondence with the related booking so important changes do not become separated from the itinerary.
Send only information needed to understand the request. Do not enter full card numbers, passwords or unnecessary passport images in the message. For general trip preparation, you can also consult the booking questions, transfer guides and tour directory before contacting the team.
